Hello

We are Hawlings Property Group.

We are experts in Planning Permission and we design and install joinery.

Hawlings Property Group was set up in 2016 following ten years in the private property market. We felt that there was a space for a design led, client focused organisation that cuts through what can be a needlessly complicated process. We specialise in planning and joinery work.  We offer a bespoke response to making positive change to properties in the UK. We are just as comfortable with practical change as we are with purely desk based work like planning applications, pre-build logistics and licenses to alter.

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide value for money. We endeavour to supply practical advice and property improvement that is honest, straightforward and (crucially) jargon free.

What we believe in

Positive change, beautiful design, dynamic practicality, real affordability. Having a place to call home.

  • Quality of finish

  • Timely delivery

  • Value for money

  • Sustainability & Stakeholder impact

  • Minimising negative environmental impact

  • Safety & cleanliness
