Pretty much every change to a property needs planning permission in some form or another.

It can be a needlessly complicated and daunting prospect, particularly as the planning world presents a perpetually fluid landscape of changing rules and amended legislation. We remove the complexity and confusion surrounding this process by submitting your planning application for you.

In addition to the application, we prepare and provide accompanying plans, drawings, and a full planning statement which sets out justification for why your building development should be approved. Certain applications may also require further supporting information such as Design and Access Statements, Planning Obligations and paperwork relating to the Community Infrastructure Levy. All necessary documentation will be compiled and submitted on your behalf.
